Good to see that Red Bank is once again Vin Gopal's poster-child, this time for banning data-centres from the town.
Having said that, the mayor+council seem very happy to accommodate an energy hungry pot factory in the town which broke the local electricity grid and mysteriously lost 600lb of cannabis thus avoiding RB's cannabis transfer/user tax, as well as serving as a massive heat-island in the middle of the town. The owners are now seeking further "minor" site plan approval to operate a "cannabis extraction and manufacturing facility in addition to cultivation operations."
I suppose it's not surprising given the mayor+council's enthusiastic promotion of the cannabis trade in the town...

PS: I meant to add; Given the borough manager's and the mayor+council's enthusiasm for AI this all seems rather surprising... or not.
Even the boro' website has an AI chatbot called Red Bank Ruby... powered by "Frase":
