Just strolled by the new One Globe Court on one of Red Bank's more historic streets.
Once again concerned about the safety of this largely wooden building and also when apartments are going to be on sale. Given the glut of "luxury apartments" in the town I suppose a delay is inevitable.
But my main concern today is the encroachment beyond the property line and immediately up to the sidewalk which is also compromised by an overhang and the massive utility poles set in the sidewalk which must surely reduce its specification below Complete Streets and ADA requirements.

The Planning/Zoning boards approval of this development was a travesty. Yes, I attended all the meetings and listened to all the reports, even the "traffic engineer's" rather imaginative submission...
